摘要
针对超薄件焊接接头的焊缝跟踪问题提出用激光作辅助光源,以四象限光电二极管作为光电传感器和采用MCS-51系列的单片机作为控制系统主机,获得了很高的控制性能,跟踪精度达0.05mm。该设备具有较好的抗干扰能力。
In order to track the seam of ultra-thin workpiece welding joint, a project which the laser beam is used as a supplement light source, the four quadrantal photodiode used as the sensor and the MCS-51 single-ship microcomputer served as the main controlling unit has been worked out. By way of this, the accurate controlling performance is obtained with 0.05 mm seam tracking accuracy. The equepment posesses well enough untijamming properly.
