超声波马达是一种由超声振动而获得驱动力的新型马达 .它利用作为定子的压电陶瓷振子 。
U1trasonic motor is a new type of electric machine driven by u1trasonic vibration.By means of piezoelectric ceramic vibrator as a stator,it drives the rotor put on it into motion through friction power and dither produced by piezoelectric effect.
