摘要 利用自己合成的 3-氯 - 2 -羟丙基三甲基氯化铵 (简称 CTA)阳离子淀粉 ,对其在造纸上的应用过程进行了较为详细的研究 ,取得了成功 .合成的 CTA阳离子淀粉做为造纸助剂应用到造纸上 ,成纸断裂长提高了 0 .171km,耐折度提高了 6次 ,成纸灰份提高 0 .2 9 % ,单程留着率提高 3.0 9% ,其质量优于目前企业生产中使用的同类型阳离子淀粉 。 The investigation about the application of CTA cation starch used as an assist agent in paper making has been studied. CTA is 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl tri-methyl ammonium chloride. The optimum results were gained. Compared with the paper made by using other cation starch, the rupture length of the paper increases 0.171 km, the break limit heightens 6 times, the ash of the paper enhances 0.29% and the remain ash in one-process increases 3.09%. The qualities of the paper are in advanc of other type cation starch using in the enterprise in paper making at present. Its spread and appliance are valuable.
