用新型墙材复合墙体改善建筑功能

New Pattern Wall- material is Used to Compose Wall Structure to Improved Building Structural Function

摘要 介绍了采用 GRC作面层材料 ,岩棉作保温材料的幕墙式 GRC外墙外保温板节能体系 ,同时经实践证明 ,它不仅可节约能源 ,增加使用面积 ,还可改善室内热环境 ;然后介绍了袋装珍珠岩复合墙体 ,它以实心粘土砖作内、外层 ,袋装珍珠岩作填充保温材料 ,实践证明 ,该节能住宅也可达到节能 30 % ;对于外墙岩棉外保温墙材 ,提出了其构造要求 。 This paper presents three kinds of composite wall- materials,and all they can attain the target of function improvementof building and energy conservation. Several foreign countries have adopted outside thermal conservation structure for the exterior wall.First,this paperrecommends using GRC as facing material and mineral wool as thermal conservation material in curtain wall form GRC exterior- wall thermal conservation plank system,and outlines its four advantages.At the same time, through experiments and field uses ,it have been proved this thermal insulation system can save energy ,increase room area utility and improve room thermal condition;And then,this paper recommends sack- loading pearlite composite wall,it uses solid clay brick as facing and outmaterials,sack- loading pearlite as filling in thermal conservation .Through experiments and field uses,this energy conservation building can attain30 % energy conservation too.As to wall- materials of rock wool external thermal insulation for outside wall ,this paper outlines the require of structure. In order to ensure this kind of thermal insulation engineering quality ,several problems should be noted.These three species methods have satisfactory function improvement of buildings and certain apply value.
