摘要
根据灰关联分析理论 ,对教学质量评估结果进行了量化分析 ,计算了各个教师的评估得分与理想得分的关联度和关联序。由此得出了各个教师教学评估结果和质量排序。实例表明 ,该方法是有效的 。
According to the theory of gray relational analysis,quantificationally analyzes the results of the teacher's teaching quality evaluation in university and computes the relational degree and relational sequence of evaluated score and expected score of each teacher. Based on this method, we obtain the result of every teacher's teaching evaluation. The example indicates that the method was effective and provided a new analysis method for fromoting the level of teaching quality management.
