摘要
根据小半径曲线防磨护轨的结构特点 ,采用三维块单元建立有限元分析模型 ,并对原始设计进行分析计算 ,结果为应力集中较大。在对应力及变形分析基础上提出了结构的改进设计方案。通过有限元分析计算表明 ,改进后的设计方案应力分布趋于均匀 ,并有可靠的机械强度。
Based on the characteristic of small radius curve anti friction rail protector,the author uses the finite element method to analyze the three dimension finite element model of initial design.The result indicates that stress is beyond allowance . On the basis of stress analysis and deformation analysis ,the design improvement scheme is brought forward.The finite element analysis result of design improvement manifests that the stress of design improvement scheme is more uniform than that of initial design with reliable mechanical intensity.
