摘要
作为教育信息化的重要组成，教育资源建设引起了世界各国的普遍关注。早在1996年9月，我国政府就颁布了“中小学计算机教育软件规划（1996－2000年）”，促进我国的教育软件建设。本文回顾了我国教育软件的发展历程，分别从技术方面、教育方面、产业化和市场化三个方面指出了我国教育软件发展的重要趋势，提出：网络技术的迅猛发展为教育软件的发展提供了空前的机遇。
As an important component of e－education， construction of educational resources has drawn a great attention from various countries in the world． I the September 1996， Chinese Government has issued a document entitled “The Plan of Computer educational Software for Secondary and Primary Schools ”， which has promoted the construction of educational software in China． The paper takes a review on historical development of educational software in China， points out the significant trends in development of educational software from viewpoints of technology pedagogy industries and market． It includes that the rapid development of network technology provides an unprecedented opportunities for the development of educational software．
