摘要
对不锈钢药芯焊丝在SM41B钢上的MIG堆焊工艺性进行了详细分析。介绍了该工艺在冰岛国BLANDA水轮机部件上的应用情况,并提出了保证堆焊质量的工艺措施。
A detail analysis is given for the technicality of MIG process using stainless steel flux cored wire to clad SM41B steel components of hydroturbine. The process developed is applied to make the components of BLANDA hydroturbine, Iceland. The application states are presented and the procedural measures for quality assurance of clading is indicated.
