摘要
根据相似原理 ,以攀钢 1 2 0t转炉为原型 ,应用冷态模拟的方法对复吹转炉提钒的最佳工艺条件进行了研究 .用L2 5( 56)和L8( 2 7)正交表安排试验 ,通过考察各因素对混合均匀时间τm(s)等指标影响的显著程度 ,得出了复吹转炉提钒的最佳工艺条件为 :Q′t=1 7.43Nm3/h ,Q′B=0 .60 2Nm3/h ,H′B=1 88mm ,W′=1 2 8.8mm ,h′t=1 80 (或 1 60 )
Using Pan-steel 120t converter as the prototype,the optimum technological conditions for combined-blowing devanadinm was studied by means of hydrodynamic modeling with similarity theory.Orthogonal list L 25 (5 6) and L 8 (2 7) were used in the test.Having investigated the influence of main factors on mix uniform time(τ m),the optimum thechnological conditions for combined-blowing devanadinm was as follows:Q′ t=17.43Nm 3/h,Q′ B=0.602Nm 3/h,H′ B=188mm,W′=128.8mm,h′t=180(or 160)mm.
