摘要
利用氯气对除铜渣进行了全浸 ,浸出条件为 :除铜渣粒度约为 - 2 0 0目 ,电位 31 5~ 460mV ,温度 1 0 2~ 1 1 0℃ ,搅拌强度 330~ 350r/min ,液固比 2~ 2 5∶1 ,氯气压力 0 1~ 0 4MPa.多级浸出结果表明 ,浸出液含铜 90 2 3g/l,含镍 55 1 0g/l,浸出渣含铜 3 2 % ,含镍 1 8% ,铜浸出率为 94 3% ,镍浸出率为 95 2 0 % 。
Nickel and copper-sulfide precipitate from nickel production system was leached by chlorine.The leaching condition was:the particle sige of sulfides ca.-200mexh,ox-red potential 315-460?mV,temperature range 102-110℃,strength of agitation 330-350 r/min,liquial solid ration 2-2.5∶1,chlorine pressure 0.1-0.4?MPa.The results of multistage leaching were that the leaching solution contains copper 90.23 g/l and mickel 55.10?g/l,the residue contains copper 3.2% and mickel 1.8%,and the recovery of copper and nickel is 94.3% and 95.20% respectively.This project has been put into industrial practice.
