摘要
铸铁纤维由于尺寸稳定 ,且具有耐磨、耐蚀和减振等特性 ,从而具有很广的应用前景 .但由于铸铁的脆性 ,使铸铁纤维的制作工艺受到限制 .我们设计了弹性刀杆 ,采用振动切削的方法 ,成功稳定地生产出铸铁纤维 .本文根据切削实验 ,提出适宜振动切削铸铁纤维的刀具材料。
As cast fiber has the specific property of steady size, wearability, corrosion-resisting and shock absorption,it will be widely used in future. But it is difficult to make the cast fiber because of its fragileness.With a designed elastic cutter bar,we use the vibration cutting method and have produce the cast fiber steadily and successfully.According to the result of cutting experiment,we have got optimum technical parameter of vibration cutting cast fiber,which includes cutting material,angle of cutting tool,cutting speed and feed speed.
