Color Clustering for the Intelligence Transportation Monitor and Control System

在高速公路视频车辆监控系统中 ,颜色能够提供非常重要的信息 ,用于车辆识别、分割和跟踪 .本文介绍了一种颜色聚类的方法 ,在序列图象中进行颜色的量化 ,以获得有效的图象颜色的表征 .

For vehicle monitoring and transportation controlling in a highway system, color could be used as a significant information to perform vehicle recognition, segmentation and tracing. In this paper, a color clustering method is introduced to reduce colors and get effective color representation of image sequence. Some results are shown and conclusion is drawn about this method.
