摘要
通过对ZQSn6-6-3铸件的MIG焊气孔敏感性工艺试验及焊缝气孔的金相分析,证明焊缝产生气孔的原因是低沸点元素锌的大量蒸发的結果。
The experimental study to the sensitivity of porosity occured in welding ZQSn6-6-3 cast piece was carried out and metallographic analysis to the pores inside weld conducted also. The results show that the reason of porosity inside weld is the vaporisation in large amounts for element Zn which has low boiling point.
