In system performances, the phenomenon of gradual failure can't be analyzed by traditional (Probist) fault tree. To solve this problem, the model of Profust fault tree and its partial quantity analysis is given according to the theory of “probability of fuzzy events”. The prominent characteristic of this model is that it employs both the available possibility and probability information of the given system.
