摘要
研究了采用锤击法对接头焊趾区不同强度级别盖面焊道进行处理的效果,结果表明,锤击后疲劳强度随焊趾区盖面焊道的强度级别增加而提高。采用高匹配方案是锤击法提高疲劳强度的有效技术途径。
The effect of peening onto the joint surface welded with different strength-grade electrode for top layer of toe is studied. The results show than the peening can enhance the fatigue strength of joint, the degree enhanced is dependent upon the strength grade of top bead.The higher the strength grade is used the stronger the fatigue strength is obtained. So the effective technique to enhance fatigue strength of a joint is to adept the high grade electrode for the top layer welding.
