摘要
分析了时滞现象在以绝对变量反馈和相对变量反馈条件下 ,对超精密机床振动主动控制的影响。在相对变量反馈条件下 ,通过合适的增益选择 ,即可保证系统的稳定性 ,又能大大降低振动传递率。因而 。
The infection of the time delay for the active vibration control of the ultra precision turning machine is analyzed, both in the cases of absolute acceleration, velocity, displacement and relative acceleration, velocity, displacement as feedback variables. The system stability can be ensured and the vibration transmissibility reduced, when relative variables are used as feedback variables and appropriate gains have been chosen. Thus machining accuracy of the ultra precision turning machine is improved.
