摘要
本文采用PRRC试验方法评定了4种不同焊缝金属接头HAZ的抗冷裂能力,系统研究了焊缝金属对接头力学行为、HAZ相变和组织以及接头中氢扩散的影响。初步揭示了焊缝金属影响HAZ抗冷裂能力的机理,为研制新型抗裂焊接材料提供了理论依据,提出了防止冷裂纹的新措施。
In this paper, the cold crack resistence of HAZ with four kinds of weld melals has bsen evaluated by using PRRC method. The mechanical behavior of the welded joint, the transformation and microstructure in HAZ and the hydrogen diffusion in welded joints have bsen investigated systematically. The mechanisms by which different kinds of weld melals effect a change in the cold crack resistance in HAZ have been discussed, thus making a contribution to the researches on new welding materials with high crack resistance. Some new precautions against cold cracking have been suggested.
