摘要
本文提出了一种基于BP网络的企业技术创新效果评价模型 ,并对网络的构造、网络的工作原理、网络的系统训练过程、BP学习算法等进行了比较详细的讨论 ,最后给出了如何将全部评价过程通过计算机实现的系统框架图 ,并对有关问题进行了探讨。
This article suggests a new model for appraising the innovative effects in an enterprise based on a BP network and carries out a detailed discussion on the netword's structure, operation, the process of systematic training and BP learning algorithm. At last, it develops a diagramic framework for computerized realization of the whole course of the appraising and conducts some explorative probes on related problems.
