摘要
本文研究了不同动特性的手弧焊机在相同焊接参数焊接时,不同短路持续时间t_i的飞溅率φ'与i_(fd)/I_f(t_i)(i_(fd)为t_i时刻的短路电流值.I_f为焊接电流的平均值)的关系.从理论上分析了两种手弧焊机动特性影响飞溅的原因,提出用i_(fd)I_f(10) (t_1=10ms)作为评定多种手弧焊机动特性的新指标,并推导出飞溅率φ与i_(id)/I_(f(10))关系的数学模型,其误差在1.5%以内.
This paper studies the relationship between i(?)/I_f(t), and the spattering rate under different continuous time period of short circuiting on welders with different dynamic characteristics. On the theoretical basis, this paper analyses the causes affecting the spattering rate from two welders with different dynamic characteristics and proposes that i_(fd)/I_(?) can be used as a new general parameter to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of many kinds of are welders. A mathematic model of the relationship between spattering rate and i_(fd)/I_f(?), proved to be true within an accuracy of 1.5%, has been established as well.
