摘要
采用等温插销试验,铁研试验和高温拉伸试验对HQ80C钢的再热裂纹敏感性进行了详尽的研究。用ε_(?)>ε_(?)的应变概念探讨了再热裂纹的形成条件,提出示意图,该图较完整地解释了影响再热裂纹各因素之间的关系。文中提出再热裂纹的新判据——(εr)min,讨论了判据的合理性和优点。研究结果表明:(εr)min愈小,材料的再热裂纹敏感性愈大。
The sensitivity of HQ80C steel to the reheat cracking was investigated by using the equi-temperature implant test, the Tekken test and the high-temperature tensile test. The conditions causing the reheat cracking were discussed utilizing the strain concept. Moreover, a scheme was proposed, which porfeotly discribes the relationship among the fectors affecting the reheat cracking. In this paper, the authors suggest a new oriterion of the reheat cracking——(ε_r)min, and desoribe its reasonableness and advantages. The less(ε_(?))min is, the higher is the sensi-tivity of the materials to reheat cracking.
