Economic globalization is an inevitable trend, which promotes the economic relations of world countries. At the same time, new economic era is coming,which takes fictitious economy as representative of economic formation, takes networks economy as core of economic operation and regards knowledge workers as main forces of economic development. In order to grasp opportunities and meet challenges, China must take various countermeasures to cater this great change.
