山东省科技投入需求分析和投入体系构建研究

Research on the Demand Analysis and Investment System of Science and Technology in Shandong Province

本文在分析山东省科技投入和科技进步现状的基础上，对21世纪初期山东省经济增长对科技投入的需求进行了定量测算，论证了山东省大幅度增加科技投入的可能性，提出了建立由政府、企业、社会组成的多元化科技投入体系的措施和对策。

On the basis of the situation analysis of science and technology development and progress, quantitative measures are made on the economic growth demand on science and technology investment in Shandong province in the early 21st century. The possibility of largely increasing the science and technology investment is discussed. The countermeasures of building the multilateral science and technology investment system composed of the government, enterprise and society are also proposed in the province.
