全球跨国并购的产业分布及其演变趋势预测

The World Industrial Distribution of Transnational M＆A and Forecasting Its Tendency of Change

20世纪90年代，世界新科技革命的出现加速了全球经济的一体化进程，并掀起了新一轮的全球企业跨国并购浪潮。本文拟以全球各行业企业跨国并购交易额为依据，运用经济计量预测模型，以1991～1999年全球跨国并购的产业分布格局为参照，旨在从产业分布的角度探究未来时期（2000～2005年）全球跨国并购的产业分布演变规律，为中国企业跨国并购的产业选择提供决策依据。

In the 1990′s, the new scientific and technological revolution have been accelerated the process of the economic globalization,furthemore have set off a new transnational M＆A in the world.This research is based on the turnover in a variety of industries.Economertic model is applied to it.It is aimed at seeking out the laws of the change of industrial distribution from 2000 to 2005 and provided China′s Enterprises′transnational M＆A with decision support in choosing industries.
