摘要 加速产品开发是企业在时间上获取竞争优势的关键。本文从讨论产品开发时间的定义出发,分析了影响产品开发时间的因素,提出了缩短产品开发周期的对策,如追求渐进的产品创新,改进产品开发过程,运用新技术,由跨职能团队来承担产品开发工作,加强对产品开发前期的管理等。论文进一步分析了产品开发的时间战略的战略优势及其适用性。 Rapid product development is one of the key factors for enterprises to achieve competitive advantage. This paper starts from the definition of product development time, analyzes the infect factors to product development time, provides the ways to shorten the product development time. The detailed ways include making incremental product innovation strategy, reegineering the product development process, using new technology,etc. Finally the paper further analyzes the strategy advantages of time-based strategy.
