企业知识管理主体解析

Research into the Principal Part of Enterprise Knowledge Management

21世纪将是知识经济时代，企业管理正发生着由对实物的管理转向对知识的管理的转变。知识管理是知识经济时代企业崭新的管理模式，如何卓有成效地进行知识管理已成为现代企业管理创新与发展亟待解决的重大问题。本文对知识管理主体的构成、知识管理主体各构成部分的基本职能和知识管理的主要工具——知识管理信息系统进行了研究，提出了我国企业面临知识管理浪潮所应采取的对策。

In the new century, enterprise management is shifting from material－oriented to knowledge－oriented mode. It is very urgent to find the way on how to efficiently perform the knowledge economy through modern enterprise management innovation. Knowledge management is the new management mode in the era of knowledge economy. This paper studies the components of the principal part of the knowledge management and their function，and the tools of the knowledge management——knowledge management information system. On that basis some polices are put forward for enterprise of our country to face the challenge of knowledge management.
