摘要
探测器是由长条BGO晶体组成的2×3阵列与其后面连接一园柱型的BGO晶体构成.本文采用Monte Carlo方法模拟了高能电子对BGO晶体探测器的一些结果.计算结果表明,对于能量在0.5~2.5GeV范围的电子,探测器的能量响应是线性的,能量分辨率符合E^(-(1/2))规律.
High-energy electrons in 2×3 Bi4Ge3O12 cristal array set-up, connected with a cylindrical one, have been simulated by using Monte-Carlo method in this article. The results show that the energy responses of the detectors for electrons within the energy of 0.5-2.5GeV are linear and the
energy resolutions suit E-(1/2) law.
