本文以杭州市城市化进程中的降水量、径流系数和洪水位变化的实地调查资料为依据,分析其变化规律,从而探讨其对雨水工程规划设计的影响.

On the basis of the on-the-spot variation data of rainfall, runoff coefficient and flood level resulted by Hangzhou Urbanization, this paper analyses the variation rule and discusses its influence on planning and designing of storm-water engineering.
