“5S”管理是车间精益生产管理的基础。从广西柳江造纸厂二化分厂的现状出发,分析了“5S”管理在柳江造纸厂二化分厂中的具体应用,及其实施后对车间现场管理降低生产成本、保证交货期的重要意义。
