Sensory Ataxic Hemiparesis in 19 Patients with Thalamic Hemorrhage

本文报告19例丘脑出血所致感觉减退—共济失调—轻偏瘫。男13例,女6例。均为突然发病,CT 示丘脑出血波及内囊后肢和脑室壁11例。破入脑室2例。19例均有深感觉减退和共济失调,17例轻偏瘫。本文讨论了发病机理和与“Fisher 综合征”的鉴别。

Sensory ataxic hemiparesis in 19 patients withthalamic hemorrhage was repored.In the 19 patientsincluding 13 male and 6 female CT showed that there were11 cases of thalamic hemorrhage extending into post limbsof internal capsule and ventrical walls and 2 cases ofthalamic hemorrhage complicated with ventriclehemorrhage.19 cases had deep sensory depression andataxia and 17 cases had hemiparseis in this group.Theauthors also discussed the pathogenessis and theidentification from Fisher syndrom.
