摘要
分析探讨了以ARPA作为目标信息源的自动避碰信息处理系统.该系统可根据ARPA所提供的目标信息,自动、实时地确定当时目标环境下船舶应采取的最佳避碰方案,并可将其用荧光屏、打印机和自然语音三种形式输出.该系统还可利用ARPA进行自动避碰操作和记录等,在保障船舶航行安全,减轻驾驶员操作负担、推进船舶驾驶自动化的进程等方面,将起到很大作用.
An automatic preventing collision information processing system in which ARPA is used as object' s information source is studied. According to the object' s information provided by ARPA, this system can automatically and timely determine the best preventing collision plan that should be taken by ship under the object' s circumstances at the time. And it can be shown in three forms i screen display, printing and natural language. This system can also be used to solve the problems of ship's automatic preventing collision operations and its record with ARPA. This system will play an important role in enhancing the safety of ships, reducing the strain of pilots, and hastening the progress of navigation automation, etc.
