浅谈VHF应用于船舶避碰

Elementary Introduction to the Use of VHF for Preventing Collision at Sea

正确使用VHF无线电话协助船舶避碰,是减少船舶碰撞事故和保证航行安全的有效手段.但目前此种方法尚属探索阶段,还很不完善,为了避免因使用不当或无统一通话规范而影响避让效果,本文仅就避碰通信中的初始呼叫、识别和标准航海用语的使用等问题,从统一性和可行性方面提出几点看法.

It has been proved by practice that the correct use of VHF in collision prevention is an effective method for reducing collision accidents and ensuring the safety of navigation. At present, however, this method is still in its exploratory stage and far from perfect. for the purpose of achieving good results in collision avoidance and preventing misuse, some of the practices are pre-sented in this paper for the unity and feasibility in the use of Standard Marine Navigation Vocabulary on VHF as an aid to collision avoidance.
