摘要
大规模电力系统的解列和瓦解主要是由于一系列随之而来的线路开断或发电机节点开断事故造成的.连续发生的一系列事故是很快的,因此在紧急状态控制中.计算速度是非常重要的.本文提出紧急状态下区域安全校正控制方法.由于大大减小处理问题的子系统规模,使计算速度大为提高,可以在短时间内迅速提出校正控制策略.本文分别对IEEE 30节点 41线路试验系统和ENGLAND 39节点46线路系统进行了分析和计算,结果令人满意,能够满足工程要求.
This paper presents a method for the regional security corrective control in an emergency state. A fast sensitive type algorithm identifies an insecure region based on the disturbance area, and then the Linear Programming is applied to the insecure region to put forward corrective strategies and return the system to its normal state. Because the scale of the subsystems to be handled are greately reduced, the calculation speed is raised. This method can put forward the corrective strategies in a short time. The IEEE 30-Bus test system and ENGLAND 39-Bus system are analysed and calculated. The results are satisfcatory an i it can meet the engineering requirement.
