根据半控桥整流电路及电动机的物理特性，建立了适合于计 算机编程的模型。计算机辅助教学软件SCRCAI即是根据该模型模拟半控桥电路、电动机负载 显示波形的。软件除可显示正常的波形外，还可以显示半控桥电路的失控波形、电动机负载 的起动波形等。
