摘要 通过对实际交通状况的分析 ,说明路线运行时间不仅是路线交通流量的函数 ,而且是由于交叉口信号控制引起延误的函数。 The use of ATIS (Advanced Traveler Information Systems) for urban traffic management means that tripmakers can get in real time the pre-trip information and en-route information to choose the optimal mute and reduce their travel time. Hence, reliable and frequently updated travel time information is the basis of effective implementation of ATIS. This paper proposes the method of forecasting travel time at signalized network and concludes that travel time is not only the function of flow but also the function of delay caused by signal control at intersection.
