Reform Statistics Method of Railway Transportation, Adapt to the Capital Management System of Job Responsibility

铁路实行资产经营责任制后 ,原运输统计办法已不适应新形势要求。改革办法主要是成立清算中心 ,建立垂直监察 ,合理控制收支 ;加快统计手段现代化 ,实现信息互通互享 ;有偿向社会提供统计产品 ,走产业化发展道路。

After implementing the capital management system of job responsibility, the old method of statistics does not meet the requirements of new situation any more. The solutions are mainly such as: to set up a settlement center, to introduce vertical supervision, to control income and expense; to modernize the statistics method, to realize the sharing of information; and to industrialize our statistics records.
