Thanks to active attempts in the following six aspects, the Qiqihaer Sub Administration obtained a satisfying result in safety management: allocate different responsibilities to different rank; improve the quality of the staff; check the quality of equipment; strengthen the teams of self management; implement“loss compensation system”; and resolve over load problem of freight cars.
