摘要
通过对河南省许漯高速公路沥青面层施工有关实测数据的分析 ,探讨了面层厚度 (摊铺厚度 )、碾压温度、风力、气温 (下承层温度 )、太阳辐射等因素对沥青混合料有效压实时间的影响 ,得出面层厚度和初压温度对沥青混合料有效压实时间有重要影响的结论 ,且分别符合指数函数关系和对数函数关系 ,对沥青面层施工有指导意义。
Based on the analysis of measuring data for asphalt layer construction of xulou expressway in Henan province, the influence of asphalt layer thickness, rolling temperature, wind force, air temperature and solar radiation on the time available for asphalt mixture compaction are discussed. It is clear that asphalt layer thickness and rolling temperature produce a great impact to the time available for asphalt mixture compaction and conform to exponential function relation and logarithmic function relation respectively. The results have an important meaning for the guidance of the asphalt layer construction.
