摘要 目前我国移动用户增长迅猛 ,移动通信网络的发展速度一时难以跟上 ,拥塞和掉话现象有时较为突出 ,这些问题已成为电信运营部门和用户共同关心的问题。本文从越区切换中信道分配的角度出发提出了一种解决问题的办法。 Nowadays, the numbers of mobile subscribers are increasing rapidly and drastically. The development of mobile communication networks is hard to meet the increase. The phenomena of blocking and dropping are standing out, which has become the concerns of telecommunication network operators and mobile users. This paper presents a solution of hand over from channel assignment aspect.
