摘要
日本汽车覆盖件模具制造过程中,采用堆焊技术,用于修边刃口的焊接,也用于拉延模和成形模的磨损面或拉延筋的堆焊。详细讲述了堆焊刃口的焊条选择及堆焊工艺。采用堆焊技术,具有较高的制模精度,缩短了模具制造周期,降低了成本,便于模具的维修和制件精度的提高。
The build- up welding technology is applied to weld the cutting edges of trimming dies and also make use of the build- up welding for worn surfaces and drawing ribs of drawing dies and forming dies in the process of making the dies for covering parts of Japanese motor vehicles. This paper explains in detail the selection of welding electrode and the build- up welding process for build- up welding the cutting edges. The build- up welding technology has many advantages, such as higher accuracy of die- making, short die- making period, lower die- making cost, convenient to maintenance of dies and improvement of part accuracy.
