摘要
本文采用M估计和MD估计的混合方法,解决洪水频率计算中常用的PearsonⅢ型分布参数的稳健估计问题,使设计洪水的计算方法具有抗干扰性,模拟试验结果表明,其稳健性很好,所得估计量具有较优的统计性能。
This paper uses the mixed method of M-estimate and MD-estimate to achieve robust estimation of the parameters of Pearson-Ⅲ distribution in the calculation of flood frequency. Monte-Carlo experiment results show that this method can resist interference and is of better statistcal behavior。
