Risk, Risk Value and Risk Cost

对风险型决策方案的评价和选择,应考虑可能面临的风险大小。本文提出了一种通过对决策方案风险价值与风险费用的计算和比较来评价选择方案的方法。

To appraise and select risk type decision alternative, we should consider the possible amount of risk. In this paper, we propose a method of appraisal and selection alternative by calculating and comparing the risk value and risk cost of the alternative.
