In order to establish modern enterprise system , the Yangcheng Railway Corporatiton plans to carry out pilot programs totransform state - owned companies. For this reason,the Corportation will start related reforms internally in personnel system, housing, bentfit distribution, diversified business and transportation organization. The corporation will also improve science and technology, implement modern management, and promote cultural construction. By transforming operational mechanisms, the corporation can raise the economic benefits of itsenterprises and meet the needs of a maket economy.
