An Experimental Study of Lung Transplantation

目的 观察实验动物肺移植后肺功能等恢复情况。 方法 用犬及牛做左肺自体及异体移植各 4次。 结果 移植肺通气及换气功能正常 ,移植后动物恢复自主呼吸 ,能站立行走。 结论 本方法可供做动物的肺移植实验 。

Objective\ To observe the function of transplanted lung and postoperative restoration in experimental animals.\ Methods\ Four left lung autotransplantation and four left lung allotransplantation were performed on dogs and cows.\ Results\ After transplantation, the functions of ventilation and gas transfer in the transplanted lung were normal.\ The animals restored spontaneous respiration.\ The dogs could stand up and walk.\ Conclusion\ This experimental methods provide an operative procedure of lung transplantation on animal, and could be a preparatory step for further clinical lung transplantation practice.
