摘要 目的:观察肺炎克雷伯菌(Kp)表面成分对机体细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。方法:行体外ConA淋转刺激增殖试验(MTT法)观察提取物在不同剂量下对T淋巴细胞增殖程度的影响,并用溶血空斑实验检测体液免疫功能。结果:Kp菌表面成分对T淋巴细胞的增殖呈剂量依赖性,同时可提高机体体液免疫功能。结论:Kp菌表面成分作为非特异性免疫调节剂用于感染的防治有良好的应用前景。 To investigate the effect of Klebsiella pneumoniae cell surface preparations on cellular and humoral immunity. Method :MTT colorimetic method in vitro as well as pkque forming cell (PFC)were used in observing T cell growth and humoral immune function respectively. Results: Klebsiella pneumoniae cell surface preparatins responsed to T lymphocytes growth in a dose-dependent manner,and sharply enhanced the humoral immune function. Conclusion: As a non-specific im-munomodulator, Klebsiella pneumoniae cell surface preparations will be extensively used in prevention of infection.
