摘要
本文观察了猪苓多糖 (PPS )对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞一氧化氮 (NO )生成和细胞内还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH )的影响。结果显示 :(1)PPS对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞NO生成具有明显的促进作用 ;(2 )细胞内GSH浓度随NO生成增加而减少 ;(3)这些作用能被NO生成抑制剂L NMMA所抑制。结果表明PPS能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞NO生成 ,并同时消耗细胞内GSH。提示细胞内GSH可能起到调节巨噬细胞NO生成和保护宿主细胞免受NO介导的细胞毒作用。
To investigate the mechanism of immuno regulatory and anti tumor effects of Polyporus polysaccharide (PPS),the influences of PPS on the production of nitric oxide (NO) and level of intracellular glutathione in mouse peritoneal macrophages was studied It was found:(1)PPS caused the increase of NO production in mouse peritoneal macrophages (2)Decrease of intracellular glutathione concentrations accompanied by increase of NO production (3)These effects were efficiently blocked by inhibitor for NO production N G monomethyl L arginine (L NMMA) It concludes that PPS induce increase of NO production and deplete intracellular glutathione in mouse peritoneal macrophages Thus,intracellular glutathione plays an important role in regulation of NO output and protect host cells against cytotoxic effects mediated by NO
