松果体先天性囊肿的CT与MRI诊断

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Congenital Pineal Cyst

目的 探讨松果体先天性囊肿的CT与MRI表现和特征。材料与方法 搜集 3 8例松果体先天性囊肿 ,回顾性对照分析其CT与MRI表现。结果 3 8例松果体先天性囊肿均表现为囊性病变 ,有完整光滑均匀的囊壁且无异常强化 ,囊壁信号强度变化或CT值类似于灰质 ;囊液为长T1长T2 水样信号 ,CT值与脑脊液近似。结论 MRI是诊断松果体先天性囊肿的有效方法。

Objective To study CT and MRI signs and features of congenital pineal cyst.Materials and Methods CT and MRI findings in 38 cases with congenital pineal cyst were retrospectively analyzed.Results The lesion in all cases presented as a cystic mass with an intact, smooth and sharp cystic wall which showed no abnormal enhancement. The signal intensity and CT value of the cyst wall were similar to those of gray matter of the brain. The cystic fluid displayed water signal intensity of long T 1 and long T 2, with its CT value similar to CSF.Conclusion MRI is an effective method for the diagnosis of congenital pineal cyst.
