慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者胃电图与胃排空的关系

Relationship Between EGG and Gastric Evacuation in Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome

【目的】探讨慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者胃电图与胃排空的关系。【方法】采用不透X线标记物—钡条法检测胃排空 ,体表胃电图法检测胃电 ,分别对慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者 ( 37例 )、脾虚证患者 ( 2 0例 )及对照组 ( 13例 ,无慢性消化系统疾病史 ,一般检查正常者 )进行检测。【结果】脾胃湿热证患者胃电图各指标与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,但其胃排空率低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;脾虚证患者胃电波幅及频谱累加值 (SUM值 )在餐前、餐后都明显低于对照组及脾胃湿热证患者 (P <0 .0 5) ,其胃排空率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5)及脾胃湿热证患者 (P <0 .0 5)。【结论】脾胃湿热证患者胃电图无特殊表现 ,正常的胃电不能预示正常的胃排空 。

Objective To explore the relationship between EGG and gastric evacuation in chronic superficial gastritis with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. Methods Barium bar radiopaque labelling and superficial electrogastrograph were used to detect gastric evacuation and eletrogastrogram(EGG)respectively in the cases of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome (SDS,37 cases,Group A)and spleen-deficiency syndrome(SS,20 cases,Group B),and in healthy volunteers(13 cases, Group C). Results The EGG emptying was not different between SDS group and Group C(P> 0.05 ),and the gastric evacuation rate in SDS group was lower than Group C(P< 0.05 ).The amplitude and frequency spectrum summation value of fasting and postprandial EGG in SS group were lower than SDS group and group C(P< 0.05 ),so did the gastric evacuation rate(P< 0.005 and 0.05 respectively). Conclusion EGG of SDS maintains normal,but normal EGG does not mean normal gastric evacuation.And the low gastric evacuation rate is probably related to the low amplitude and frequency spectrum summation value of EGG.
