彩色多普勒超声对浅表软组织肿物的诊断意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声对浅表软组织肿物的诊断作用、价值和意义。方法 :对 2 2 1例患者因各种原因发现的皮肤及皮下浅表软组织肿物 ,应用 7~ 11MHz高频探头二维超声作直接扫查及彩色多普勒进行检测 ,全部病例进行活检或手术后病理检查。结果 :2 2 1例患者浅表软组织肿物超声诊断恶性 17例、良性 2 0 4例 ,全部符合病理诊断。结论 :彩色多普勒超声对皮肤及皮下浅表软组织肿物有较高的诊断价值和意义。
