高效液相色谱法测定密蒙花中蒙花苷的含量

Determination of Linarin in Buddleja officinalis Maxim. by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定密蒙花中蒙花苷的含量。方法 :采用RP -C1 8色谱柱 ,甲醇 -水 -醋酸 (4 5∶5 4 5∶0 5 )为流动相 ,流速 0 8mL·min- 1 ,32 6nm为检测波长 ,室温下对密蒙花中的蒙花苷进行含量测定。结果 :蒙花苷在 0 4～ 2 9μg范围内 ,面积与其浓度线性关系良好 (r=0 9991) ;样品平均回收率为 97 0 2 % ,RSD为 1 5 % (n =4)。结论 :该法简单、快速、结果准确可靠。

Objective:To establish a method using RP-HPLC for determination of the content of linarin in Buddleja officinalis Maxim.Methods:RP-C 18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (45∶545∶05)at a flow rate of 08 mL·min -1,the UV detection wavelength was 326 nm and column temperature was room temperature.Results:The calibration curve was linear (r=0999 1) in the range of 0\^4～2\^9 μg for linarin,the mean recovery was 97\^02%,with RSD 1\^5%(n=4).Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid and reliable.
