HPLC法测定舒脑宁长效片中二氢麦角毒碱甲磺酸盐的含量

Determination of Dihydroergotoxine Mesylate in Ischelium Retard by HPLC

目的 :建立一种用HPLC测定舒脑宁长效片中二氢麦角毒碱甲磺酸盐含量的方法。方法 :用C1 8柱 ,甲醇 - 0 0 0 5mol·L- 1 磷酸二氢铵溶液 (用磷酸调pH至 4) (85∶15 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :该方法回收率为 99 1% ,RSD =0 5 % (n =7)。结论 :该方法准确 ,简便 ,快捷 ,重现性好及应用广泛。

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of dihydroergotoxine mesylate in Ischelium Retard. Methods:C 18 column was used as the stationary phase,at a flow rate of 1 mL·min -1,MeOH-0005 mol·L -1 (NH 4) 2HPO 4(pH adjusted to 4 with phosphoric acid)(85∶15) was used as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results:The recovery percentage of the method was 991% with RSD 05%(n=7).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
